Milbrook Owners Association
About Milbrook
Nestled in the heart of Greenwich, Milbrook is a private residential community defined by its natural beauty, architectural character, and enduring sense of place. Originally envisioned in the 1920s as a “carefully restricted residential park for discriminating people,” the neighborhood blends scenic lakes, wooded landscapes, and thoughtfully designed homes with convenient access to town, schools and transportation.
At the center of the community is the Milbrook Club, a private club featuring a nine-hole golf course, tennis and paddle courts, and swimming and dining facilities, offering a refined setting for recreation and social connection. Over the decades, Milbrook has attracted a diverse and accomplished community while maintaining traditions centered around its lakes, playground, open spaces, and shared amenities — creating a setting that feels both timeless and quietly distinctive. Today, the Milbrook Owners Association works to preserve the neighborhood’s distinctive character and support a high quality of life for its residents.
